About Us

Dr. Agatha Bis owns and manages ABIS Dental Group, while maintaining a flourishing cosmetic and neuromuscular practice. In addition, she supervises clinical work at ABIS and provides some neuromuscular and cosmetic care, as well. Dr. Bis earned her bachelor's of science degree, with honors, from the University of Toronto and her DDS degree, with honors, from the University of Western Ontario. She has practiced cosmetic and family dentistry for 13 years. She has logged many hours of continuing education credits to stay up to date with the latest technologies. This includes training courses at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, the world's premier postgraduate dental institution. Dr. Bis has also been a member of the Toronto Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Dr. Josiane Milette has ben a member of the ABIS Dental Group family since July 2008. Dr. Milette earned her degree, with honors, from the Laval University of Quebec. Afterwards, she did a General Practice Residency at the Montreal Children's Hospital, which gave her enhanced experience in behaviour management and dental treatment for children as well as in general dentistry. She has been practicing family dentistry since 2007.

During her spare time, Dr. Milette enjoys singing, playing guitar, drawing portraits, plaing basketball and tennis.

With more than five years of experience in denitstry, Kavita has worked diligently to get to where she is today! She graduated from George Brown College in 2003 with her Level II dental assistant certification, then became a dental instructor. Then she earned her registered dental hygienist certification from Canadore College in North Bay in 2007.

After work, Kavita is busy planning her wedding, which will take place on Thanksgiving of 2008. She also enjoys time with family and friends, working out at the gym, reading, watching movies, and cooking.

Marcia graduated as a clinical assistant from George Brown College, and enjoys wearing more than one hat in the dental field. As a concierge, she will make your visit as pleasant as possible and the more we get to know you, the more enjoyable your visit will be.

Flavored coffee, juice anyone? She can assist with your insurance and financial inquiries and help co-ordinate your treatment. Marcia was an active competitor in the equestrian field for many years, and now enjoys her leisure time at the cottage with family and friends, and of course her dog.
